Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management, professional services, or service operations.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting business or technical needs.
• Experience with creating SOWs, proposals, or service descriptions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support development of service estimates, assumptions, risks, dependencies, exclusions, and pricing models.
• Assist in creation and review of SOWs, proposals, and service descriptions.
• Gather requirements from customers and internal teams.
• Participate in discovery calls and scope discussions.
• Identify gaps and scope or delivery risks, and document structured recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, product, PMO, and SMEs to craft quality solutions.
• Ensure proposed services align with delivery capabilities and processes.
• Assist handoffs between Solutioning and PMO/Delivery teams.
• Contribute to templates, estimation models, and reusable content libraries.
