Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, professional services or related roles.
• Experience in service delivery, operations, or catalog management is required.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting business or technical needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support development of service estimates, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and pricing for CSE engagements.
• Assist in creation and review of SOWs, proposals, and service descriptions.
• Gather requirements from customers and stakeholders and translate into actionable proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product, and PMO to develop quality service solutions.
• Document meeting outcomes and support delivery readiness activities.
