Qualifications

• 10+ years in client satisfaction or customer success within software services.
• 8+ years’ experience managing teams supporting services pre-sales, project management, or software engineering.
• Strong process development and management with experience in organizational re-engineering.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments, manage multiple demands, and handle delays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services-driven solutions to customers successfully.
• Ensure customer outcomes align with their operational and business priorities.
• Lead and coach a high-performing, geographically dispersed team.
• Develop and improve CSE methodologies and scalable business practices.
