Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, professional services delivery, service operations, or service catalog management.
• 1+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in creating service estimates, SOWs, proposals, and service descriptions.
• Gather and analyze business, technical, and operational requirements from customers and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and scope considerations and develop structured recommendations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Product Management, PMO, Support, and SMEs to craft quality solutions.
• Support handoffs between Solutioning and PMO/Delivery and maintain templates and estimation models.
