Job summary
Intelligems is a remote-first AI SaaS company seeking a Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with customers from initial discussions through expansion. You will partner with Sales to remove barriers, ensure what we sell is implemented, and collaborate with Customer Success to unlock new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a customer-facing technical role
- Experience in B2B SaaS with hands-on implementation or integration work
- Comfortable working across the full customer lifecycle with Sales & CS teams
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify
- Nice to have: experience with A/B testing, pricing tools, or personalization platforms
- Nice to have: headless commerce architectures or custom Shopify implementations
- Nice to have: experience in a startup or high-growth environment with evolving playbooks
Responsibilities
- Own the technical pre-sale motion with Account Executives on deals with complexity
- Lead technical discovery of the customer stack and required implementation
- Remove technical objections to enable launch
- Drive technical expansion post-sale and adoption goals with Onboarding
- Identify accounts where new solutioning unlocks revenue with Customer Success
- Translate customer goals into concrete technical paths and support CS in closing deals
