Job summary
incident.io is hiring a Solutions Engineer to be the technical voice from discovery to close, partnering with Account Executives across the commercial segment. You’ll run demos that stand up to real scrutiny and address buyer questions with confidence.
This early function offers room to shape how Solutions Engineering works at incident.io, with occasional collaboration with TSEs and Product, and a path toward Enterprise deals leveraging our AI-native product.
Qualifications
- You've been a Solutions Engineer before with proven senior stakeholder demos.
- Genuine interest in code and solving hard technical problems.
- Operate with high ownership and initiative.
- Know this product inside and out, not just the demo basics.
- Persist until you find answers to technical objections.
- Thriving under pressure; bring ideas to shape the function.
Responsibilities
- Be the technical voice from discovery through to close with AEs.
- Run demos that hold up under real scrutiny for senior buyers.
- Collaborate with product, TSEs, and sales to shape the process.
- Demo our AI-native product and test how AI helps workflows.
