Job summary

Foureyes is a remote-first software company serving the automotive sector. We seek a Solutions Engineer to bridge Sales, Product, Implementation and Support, ensuring customer use cases are accurately scoped, technically validated, and implemented.

The role covers pre-sales design, onboarding integrations (CRM, DMS, data warehouse) and collaboration across teams to meet customer goals. It requires 2+ years in related roles and experience with modern data workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience with SaaS data integration, APIs, workflow automation (N8N, Zapier, Make), and cloud data warehousing.
• Strong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and customer data systems (CRM, DMS, website, inventory).
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales & Solution Design: identify use cases, lead product demonstrations, assess environments, document architectures, draft SOWs.
• Implementation, Data Integration & Warehousing: onboard customers, manage integrations, design workflows, ensure data pipelines and warehouse connectivity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Sales, Product and Customer Success to meet customer goals.
• Documentation, Enablement & Team Leadership: maintain notes, own playbooks, train teams, assist KPI tracking.
