Job summary

Foureyes is a remote-first software company headquartered in Oregon, hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge Sales, Product, Implementation and Support. You will scope and validate customer use cases, oversee onboarding, and drive data integration projects across CRM, DMS, and data warehousing.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document architectures, and lead implementation efforts while traveling up to 25% in the field.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience with SaaS data integration, APIs, workflow automation, and cloud data warehousing.
• Strong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and customer data systems (CRM, DMS, website, inventory).

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales & Solution Design: Identify customer use cases, lead product demonstrations, participate in discovery sessions, document architectures and workflows.
• Implementation & Data Integration: Onboard customers, deliver integrations and automations, oversee data pipelines and warehouse connectivity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to meet customer goals and provide feedback.
• Documentation & Enablement: Maintain notes, own templates and playbooks, train teams, support KPI tracking.
• Team Leadership: Support Director in defining standards and KPIs for the engineering team.
