Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience with SaaS data integration, APIs, workflow automation (N8N, Zapier, Make), and cloud data warehousing.
• Strong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and customer data systems (CRM, DMS, website, inventory).
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for customers, owning integrations and automations including CRM, DMS, data warehouse, and flow design.
• Build or oversee execution of Connect functionality to meet customer use cases.
• Ensure accurate setup of data pipelines, mapping, and warehouse connectivity.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to validate data ingestion and schemas.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve data integration frameworks.
• Document customer use cases and tech stack during the sales process and train teams accordingly.
