Job summary

Foureyes, a remote-first software company headquartered in Oregon, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support. You will own data integrations, workflow automation, and warehouse connectivity, leading multiple projects and developing reusable frameworks as Connect scales.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, customer onboarding ownership, and technical leadership across CRM, DMS, and data warehousing. Travel approx.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience with SaaS data integration, APIs, workflow automation, and cloud data warehousing.
• Strong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and customer data systems (CRM, DMS, website, inventory).
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to identify customer-specific use cases and technical requirements.
• Lead product demonstrations for prospective customers, explaining how Foureyes Connect solves their problems.
• Participate in discovery sessions to assess system environments and data sources.
• Document technical architectures and workflows to define unique customer data architectures for Connect.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation and draft Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Onboard customers as the technical owner for integrations and automations (CRM, DMS, data warehouse).
• Oversee design of workflow automations using N8N or similar technologies.
• Ensure data pipelines, mapping, and warehouse connectivity are set up accurately.
