Foureyes is a remote-first software company focused on the automotive vertical. We are hiring for a Solutions Engineer to bridge Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support to ensure customer use cases are accurately scoped, technically validated, and successfully implemented.

The role involves design of technical architectures, data integrations, and warehouse connectivity, with 25% travel and explicit collaboration across teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience with SaaS data integration, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of data structures, ETL, and customer data systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to define customer-specific use cases and requirements.
• Lead product demonstrations and articulate Connect value to prospects.
• Onboard customers with data integration, warehousing, and automation.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to align scopes.
• Own technical documentation, playbooks, and templates; train teams.
• Help define KPIs and technical standards.
