Foureyes is a remote-first software company serving the automotive vertical. The Solutions Engineer will bridge Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support to scope, validate, and implement Connect customer use cases.

This role emphasizes hands-on on onboarding, data integration, and data warehousing work with CRM/DMS systems. You will lead demonstrations, design technical architectures, and document workflows while collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to meet customer goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience with SaaS data integration, APIs, workflow automation (N8N, Zapier, Make), and cloud data warehousing.
• Strong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and customer data systems (CRM, DMS, website, inventory).
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and client communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Pre-Sales & Solution Design: identify customer-specific use cases, lead product demonstrations, assess environments, document architectures.
• Implementation & Data Integration: own onboarding, deliver integrations and automations, ensure data pipelines and warehouse connectivity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Sales, Product, Customer Success; provide technical feedback to engineering.
• Documentation & Enablement: maintain playbooks, train teams, track KPI standards.
