Job summary

Foureyes is a remote-first software company focused on automotive data and AI solutions. We seek a Solutions Engineer to bridge Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support, ensuring customer use cases are technically validated and implemented.

You’ll own onboarding for integrations with CRM, DMS, and data warehouses, lead demonstrations, and coordinate with Data Science and Engineering to validate data pipelines, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience with SaaS data integration, APIs, and workflow automation tools.
• Strong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and customer data systems (CRM, DMS).
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales & Solution Design: identify customer use cases and requirements; lead product demonstrations; participate in discovery sessions; document architectures; draft SOWs.
• Implementation & Data Integration: own onboarding, deliver integrations and automations (CRM, DMS, data warehouse); design workflows; ensure data pipelines and warehouse connectivity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align technical scope with Sales; partner with Product and Customer Success; relay feedback to Engineering.
• Documentation, Enablement & Leadership: maintain notes; own technical docs/playbooks/templates; train Customer Success on data flows; support KPI tracking.
• Travel: up to 25% travel in the field.
