Job summary

Foureyes, a remote-first software company focused on the automotive vertical, is hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge Sales, Product, Implementation and Support. You will own data integrations, workflow automation, and warehouse connectivity, coordinating with internal teams to deliver scalable solutions.

As a technical owner for onboarding, you will design and validate data pipelines, ensure accurate data mapping, and contribute to reusable frameworks as the function scales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience with SaaS data integration, APIs, workflow automation (N8N, Zapier, Make), and cloud data warehousing.
• Strong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and customer data systems (CRM, DMS, website, inventory).
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to identify customer-specific use cases and technical requirements.
• Lead product demonstrations for prospective customers, discussing how Foureyes Connect solves their problems.
• Participate in discovery sessions to assess system environments and data sources.
• Document technical architectures and workflows to define unique customer data architectures relevant to Connect.
• Support preparation of technical documentation and draft Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Implementation, Data Integration & Warehousing: own onboarding and delivery of integrations and automations (CRM, DMS, data warehouse, automated flow design).
• Build or oversee execution of Connect functionality and ensure it meets customer use cases.
• Ensure accurate setup of data pipelines, mapping, and warehouse connectivity.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to validate data ingestion and schema alignment.
• Partner with Product and Customer Success to ensure solutions are implemented effectively.
• Provide feedback to Product/Engineering and maintain notes on customer use cases and tech stack.
