Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical and strategic partner for existing customers, driving adoption and expansion.
• Lead health checks, use case workshops, and business reviews to ensure customer success and alignment.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and pursue expansion opportunities.
• Deliver high-impact demos and proofs-of-concept that validate new use cases and business value.
• Act as technical liaison and escalation point, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Manage concurrent projects and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely resolution.
