Rewst, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive client satisfaction, retention, and value realization for MSPs using our automation platform.

You will build relationships, understand goals, onboard customers, and align product features with business outcomes. Collaborate with sales, product, and support to monitor health metrics, provide training, and identify expansion opportunities, while contributing to CS strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS/MSP environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, or related field; relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of customers and serve as the primary contact for success-related needs.
• Understand customer goals and align with products/services to maximize value realization.
• Onboard, check-in, and conduct business reviews to address challenges and provide solutions.
