Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to support design, scoping, estimation, and readiness of solution engagements. You will work with Sales, Delivery, Product SMEs, and Project Managers to craft estimates, SOWs, and service documentation that drive successful customer outcomes.

The role requires gathering information from multiple stakeholders, identifying risks, and producing structured recommendations for senior review.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, professional services delivery, or service operations.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting business or technical needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop service estimates, assumptions, risks, dependencies, exclusions, and pricing models for CSE engagements.
• Create and review statements of work (SOWs), proposals, and service descriptions.
• Gather and organize business, technical, and operational requirements from customers and stakeholders; participate in discovery calls.
• Develop structured solution recommendations for senior review and refinement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product Management, PMO, Support, and SMEs to develop quality service solutions.
