Job summary

Rocket Software Inc. is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer (Solutioning) to help design, scope, estimate, and prepare delivery-ready opportunities.

You will work with Sales, Delivery, Product SMEs, and PMs to craft statements of work, service descriptions, and offering material for successful outcomes. You will gather requirements from customers and internal teams, identify risks, and develop structured recommendations for senior review, improving estimation accuracy and solution quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management, services delivery, or related areas.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting business needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development of service estimates, assumptions, risks, and pricing models.
• Assist in creation and review of SOWs, proposals, and service descriptions.
• Gather requirements from customers and stakeholders for solutioning.
• Participate in discovery calls and identify gaps and risks.
• Develop structured recommendations for senior review and refinement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product, PMO, and SMEs.
