Job summary

Rocket Software Inc. is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer (Solutioning) to support the design, scoping, estimation, and delivery readiness of CSE service opportunities.

You will work with Sales, Delivery, Product SMEs, and PMO to develop estimates, SOWs, and solution proposals for customer outcomes. The role involves gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders, identifying risks, and delivering structured recommendations for senior Solutioning review.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Professional Services Delivery, or related fields.
• 1+ years customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop service estimates, statements of work (SOWs), and service descriptions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product SMEs, and PMO to ensure delivery readiness.
• Gather and organize business, technical, and operational requirements for customer solutions.
• Identify risks, assumptions, and scope for structured recommendations.
