Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to support design, scoping, estimation, and delivery readiness for CSE service opportunities. You will work with Sales, Delivery, Product SMEs, and PMO to develop estimates, SOWs, and service offerings that drive successful customer outcomes.

You will gather information from multiple stakeholders, identify risks and scope considerations, and translate business requirements into actionable solution proposals, while maintaining alignment

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management, services delivery, or related fields.
• Experience with gathering requirements and documenting business needs.
• Ability to develop statements of work, proposals, and service descriptions.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with sales, delivery, PMO, and product SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Support development of service estimates, assumptions, risks, and pricing models.
• Assist in creation/review of SOWs, proposals, and service descriptions.
• Gather requirements from customers and stakeholders and translate to actionable services.
• Participate in discovery calls and scope discussions.
• Identify gaps and risks and develop structured recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product, PMO, and Support to create quality solutions.
