Job summary

Echodyne, based in the United States, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our fast-growing team. This role combines pre- and post-sales technical engagement, on-site radar demonstrations, and customer-facing support to showcase our compact, true-beam radar solutions.

Responsibilities include leading deployments, developing training materials, and collaborating with product teams to gather feedback and drive improvements. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying technical role.
• Proven ability to learn a technical product and convey its value to customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with customer-facing experience.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of the Echodyne sales team responsible for pre- and post-sales technical engagement.
• Perform on-site radar demonstrations at events, conferences, partner sites, and customer sites.
• Lead installation planning, deployments, configuration, and ongoing technical support.
• Develop training materials and application notes to scale Echodyne's customer base.
• Collaborate with product teams to collect feedback and drive improvements.
