Echodyne is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our fast-growing team in the United States. This role combines technical engagement with customers, on-site radar demonstrations, and post-demo data analysis to showcase our compact true beam-steering radar tech.

You will support customer relationships, lead installation planning and deployments, and help scale Echodyne’s customer base through training materials and documentation.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a quota-carrying technical role.
• Proven ability to learn a technical product and convey its value.
• Strong integrity, trust, and professional communication.
• Ability to multi-task and follow policies, processes, and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Up to 50% travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers pre- and post-sales as part of the sales team.
• Demonstrate Echodyne products on-site at events and customer sites
• Support relationships by communicating product value.
• Plan installations, configure deployments, and tune systems.
• Maintain customer and partner relations during demos.
• Contribute to post-demo data analysis and reports.
• Develop training materials and user manuals.
