Echodyne, a leader in compact solid-state radar technology, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to engage with customers across pre- and post-sales cycles. You will demonstrate radar systems on-site, articulate compelling value propositions, and support deployments with strong technical and communication skills.

Applicants should have 5+ years in a quota-carrying technical role, with proficiency in Python or MATLAB and Linux. Occasional travel up to 50% is expected in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying technical role.
• Proven ability to learn a technical product and convey its value to customers.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-sales technical engagement with customers.
• Perform on-site radar demonstrations at events, partner sites, and customer sites.
• Explain product value and integration benefits to customers.
• Oversee deployment configuration and system tuning; provide ongoing support.
• Build training materials and user manuals to scale customer adoption.
• Gather customer feedback for product teams to improve offerings.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
