Job summary

Echodyne, a leader in compact solid-state radar, seeks a Solutions Engineer to support pre- and post-sales engagement with customers across the US. The role includes on-site demos, deployment planning, and ongoing technical support, with travel up to 50%.

You will translate product value, build customer relationships, and contribute to training materials while collaborating with product teams; this is a remote US-based, exempt full-time position with base plus variable pay.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying sales experience in a technical field.
• Ability to learn a technical product and convey its value to customers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented with strong follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Engage pre- and post-sales technically with customers.
• Perform on-site radar demonstrations at events, conferences, and customer sites.
• Present the value of Echodyne products to customers and partners.
• Lead installation planning, deployments, configuration, and system tuning; provide ongoing support.
• Manage relationships with customers and partners during demonstrations.
• Participate in post-demo data analysis and report creation.
• Develop training materials and user manuals for customers and partners.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product decisions with engineering/product teams.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
• Perform other related tasks to support business needs.
