Job summary

Echodyne is seeking a Solutions Engineering Integration Specialist to join our fast-growing team in the United States. You will lead the integration of Echodyne radar solutions with 3rd party platforms such as C2, VMS, and autonomous systems, and support deployments from planning to tuning.

You will build training materials, participate in post-demo analysis, and collect customer feedback to help inform product improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting field deployed sensors/hardware.
• 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying technical role (Pre or post-sales).
• 2+ years of experience with software APIs.
• Experience with Linux operating systems and using a Command Line Interface.
• Experience with scripting in C/C++, Python, C#.

Responsibilities

• Support the formation of customer and partner relationships by presenting the value that our radar products bring to their solutions and applications.
• Support the integration of Echodyne’s solutions with 3rd party integrators, to include Command and Control (C2) platforms, Video Management Platforms (VMS), autonomous platforms, etc.
• Lead installation planning and integrations, execute deployment configuration and system tuning, and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting
• Participate in post-demo data analysis and report creation.
• Support the scaling of Echodyne’s customer and partner bases by developing and maintaining training materials, including application notes and user manuals.
• Help improve Echodyne’s products by regularly collecting customer feedback and interfacing with Echodyne product managers and engineers.
• Up to 50% travel may be required.
