Echodyne seeks a Solutions Engineer to join our fast-growing team. You will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for pre and post-sales technical engagement, on-site radar demonstrations, and customer relationships.

You will lead installation planning, deployment, and tuning while providing ongoing support and training materials. Travel up to 50% may be required, with a base salary in the range of $100,000–$120,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota-carrying technical role.
• Proven ability to learn a technical product and convey its value.
• Personal integrity, trustworthiness, and respect.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, follow policies and procedures.
• Analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer-communication skills.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of the sales team responsible for pre and post-sales technical engagement.
• Showcase products with on-site radar demonstrations at events and customer sites.
• Present value of radar products to customers and partners.
• Lead installation planning, deployment configuration, and system tuning.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
• Manage relationships during demonstrations to ensure a positive impression.
• Participate in post-demo data analysis and reporting.
• Develop training materials, notes, and user manuals.
• Gather customer feedback and interface with product teams.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
