Echodyne, a leading radar technology company, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our fast-growing team in the United States. The role combines pre- and post-sales technical engagement, on-site demonstrations, and close collaboration with customers and partners to convey value and drive deployments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a quota-carrying technical role, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical details into clear customer benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying technical role.
• Proven ability to learn a technical product and convey its value to customers.
• Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism in representation of Echodyne.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of the sales team responsible for pre- and post-sales technical engagement.
• Demonstrate Echodyne products with on-site radar demonstrations at events and customer sites.
• Present product value and solve customer needs.
• Lead installation planning, deployment configuration, and system tuning; provide ongoing support.
• Manage customer/partner relationships during demonstrations to ensure a positive impression.
• Participate in post-demo data analysis and report creation.
• Develop training materials and user manuals to scale customer support.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate with product/engineering teams.
• Up to 50% travel may be required.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
