Job summary

Road Ready, a Clarience Technologies business, seeks a consultative Solutions Engineer to help fleet customers understand connected-fleet technology and value. You will partner with Sales through the presales process, shaping strategy, delivering tailored demonstrations, and translating hardware, firmware, software, and sensor capabilities into customer value.

Qualifications

5+ years in sales engineering or similar customer-facing role in B2B tech.
Ability to connect technical requirements to business value.
Experience delivering tailored live demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Willingness to travel up to 60%.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery with prospects and customers to understand fleet workflows and business requirements.
Partner with Sales to shape technical strategy and support opportunity progression.
Plan and deliver tailored product demonstrations across TrackRR and Fus1on platforms.
Translate hardware, firmware, software, and connectivity into customer value.
Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFQs with Product, Engineering, and Quality teams.
Document customer requirements including sensor ecosystems and integrations.
Assist with pilots, proofs of concept, and handoff to implementation teams.
Support product adoption and customer success throughout evaluations.
Communicate with executives and fleet operations stakeholders.
Provide technical enablement for Sales, partners, and customers.
