• Support sales teams with application engineering input based on partner and customer requirements
• Develop and run installer certification programs, including tests, audits, and performance evaluations
• Maintain installation documentation, product guides, and service price lists so field materials stay current
• Perform in-field installations when needed for demonstrations, pilot deployments, or training
• Track emerging automotive, electronics, and connectivity technologies and propose improvements
