Job summary

Cato Networks is seeking a Sales Engineer to be the technical voice for our ANZ field sales, driving the technical evaluation of our cloud security and networking solutions and translating technology into business value. You will work with the sales team to help close deals.

Responsibilities include delivering product demonstrations, responding to RFIs/RFPs, and traveling across the territory. A background in pre-sales or consulting and strong networking knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of pre-sales or consulting experience with network or cloud security products.
• Proven track record in software sales.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, switching, routing and security technologies.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Organized, analytical and adaptable in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical validation of Cato Networks solutions to prospects.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations.
• Present to customers and at field events.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and convey customer requirements to Product Management.
• Travel throughout sales territory.
