Job summary

Your leadership will coach SEs on emerging threats, keep the team current on security trends, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Channel teams to drive successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a pre-sales Systems Engineering team.
• In-depth knowledge of security product market trends and Cato's roadmap.
• Experience collaborating with account executives and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach Systems Engineers within the territory.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships to create reference accounts.
• Assist field SE team with evaluations, proof-of-value exercises, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver technical and strategic content to external audiences, including clients and partners.
• Define requirements and product features with Product Management based on customer feedback.
