Job summary

Cato Networks is seeking a focused Sales Engineer to be a technical resource for its field sales force. In this role you will drive and manage the technology evaluation stage, acting as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our solutions.

You should be adept at building relationships, explaining technology and product positioning to business and technical users, and translating customer issues into actionable product feedback to ensure satisfaction across all sales stages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Pre-Sales or Consulting experience in network or cloud security.
• Proven track record in software sales.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, switching, routing, firewall and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical validation of Cato Networks solutions to prospects.
• Development and delivery of product demonstrations.
• Presenting the product to customers and at field events.
• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
• Travel throughout sales territory.
