The Intersect Group is seeking a Solutions Engineer in the United States to partner with Sales and technical teams, transforming business requirements into practical technology solutions. You will craft SOWs, BOMs, and solution docs, ensuring alignment with standards and ready for implementation.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional groups to translate requirements, guide designs during the sales cycle, and support deployment with accurate scoping.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with infrastructure, systems, networking, cloud, or security.
• Experience creating technical proposals, scopes, and implementation plans.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into tech solutions.
• Proven project leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver SOWs, BOMs, and technical solution docs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to translate requirements.
• Gather requirements, validate assumptions, and refine designs throughout sales cycle.
• Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure proper scoping and deployment readiness.
• Maintain expertise across managed services, cloud, infrastructure, networking, security.
• Evaluate new technologies and assist with proofs of concept.
• Participate in sales engineering processes with accurate documentation.
• Track activities and time in PSA and CRM systems.
