Job summary

INFRO is seeking a solutions engineer to partner with platform, engineering, security and finance teams from initial call through production rollout. You will run technical discovery and demonstrations for prospective customers, scope evaluations, and answer security questions, while translating customer needs into actionable product and architecture plans.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in a customer-facing software role for a technical B2B product, hands-on API and HTTP experience, and

Qualifications

3+ years as a solutions engineer, sales engineer or customer-facing software engineer for a technical B2B product.
Hands-on familiarity with APIs, HTTP and at least one of TypeScript or Python.
Working knowledge of LLM providers and how production applications call them.
Excellent written and spoken communication with both engineers and non-technical buyers.

Responsibilities

Run technical discovery and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
Scope and support evaluations: connecting provider accounts, setting up routes, budgets and keys, and sending real traffic.
Answer security, architecture and data-handling questions, and complete security questionnaires with the security team.
Bring customer requirements back to product and engineering with enough detail to act on.
Build reusable evaluation guides and reference architectures.
