Job summary

Infisical, the open source security infrastructure platform, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive onboarding and long-term success for customers. You will demo products, guide deployments, and act as a trusted technical advisor to executives and engineers.

In this role, you’ll work with the CEO, sales, and engineering to expand product usage, run webinars, and improve documentation while shaping how Infisical scales to thousands of customers in the coming 18 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Based in the United States.
• Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run proof-of-concept with leads and guide customers through onboarding.
• Activate new customers, answer questions, and ensure success.
• Become a trusted technical advisor to customer and business leaders.
• Lead demo and discovery calls with account executives.
• Identify friction points and feedback to inform product roadmap.
• Guide UX/DX roadmap and host webinars for stakeholders.
• Improve documentation and public materials based on feedback.
