Job summary

Base44 is seeking a Solutions Engineer in New York to act as the technical expert for strategic customers and partners. You will bridge customer needs with our AI platform, design demos and PO Cs, and drive adoption across Sales, CS, and Product.

You’ll troubleshoot, learn, and shape the platform with feedback. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product to deliver elegant solutions, scalable integrations, and reusable guides while staying at the cutting edge of Base44 features.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in solution engineering/technical pre-sales.
• Hands-on experience with web technologies, including APIs, data structure, webhooks, and data modeling.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and lead technical calls, understanding customer goals and requirements.
• Serve as the go-to technical expert for enterprise customers on the Base44 platform and integration patterns.
• Design, build and present custom demos and POCs for real-world business problems.
