Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics Inc. (CLI) in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Solutions Engineer leader to drive end-to-end quoting, RFQ development, and logistics solutions for a fast-paced team.

You will collaborate with operations and sales to craft actionable plans and own quotes across VAA and MSS, ensuring accuracy and profitability. You will lead process improvements in transportation and warehousing, and contribute to training and development.

Qualifications

• 3PL experience preferred, and Automotive experience.
• Quoting experience in material handling preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Quoting potential new work and applying multi-tier solutions to present customer bids, owning quotes end-to-end across both VAA and MSS.
• Developing solutions for RFQ’s.
• Work directly with the operations and sales team to develop logical and operational plans.
• Engage in and lead process improvement initiatives around transportation and warehousing solutions.
• Perform productivity analyses through work measurement, time and motion studies, and workplace design.
