Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, supply chain, or 3PL operations.
• Experience developing labor, capacity, space, and cost models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and customer-facing communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end logistics solutions for new and existing 3PL customers.
• Analyze customer requirements, volumes, forecasts, SKU profiles, and constraints.
• Design warehouse layouts, material flow, labor models, and operating concepts.
• Develop process flows and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, space utilization and efficiency.
• Develop detailed labor models and cost models for proposals.
• Support Business Development during RFP/RFQ/RFI processes.
• Translate complex concepts into clear customer-facing solutions.
• Coordinate with Operations to transition solutions to implementation.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews comparing performance to design.
