Solutions Engineer - New York

A Seed funded fast‑growing AI company building state‑of‑the‑art language models that help organizations understand and act on complex documents with human‑level accuracy is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join their team.

What Will I Be Doing:

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between cutting‑edge technology and real‑world customer needs. You’ll work closely with technical teams to guide customers from first evaluation through to full production rollout.

• Leading technical discovery, scoping solutions, and running proofs‑of‑concept.
• Building and maintaining internal tools, scripts, and integrations to make deployments seamless.
• Troubleshooting performance or infrastructure issues in customer environments.
• Collaborating with customers to optimize their use of our platform.
• Feeding insights back to engineering and product to shape the roadmap.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys both coding and customer collaboration - you’ll be writing code one day and leading a demo the next.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, or customer‑facing technical role.
• 3+ years of software development experience (full stack, APIs, or developer tools).
• Strong technical fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with technical stakeholders.
• Bonus points if you have experience with document AI, OCR, LLMs, or enterprise integrations (SSO, SOC 2, IAM).
