We are seeking a skilled AI Developer with expertise in building intelligent agents and AI-powered solutions using LangChain and related frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing applications that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and demonstrate proficiency in prompt engineering techniques. Strong experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures is essential, including designing and implementing efficient document processing pipelines, vector stores, and semantic search capabilities. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI agents that can process natural language, perform complex tasks, and integrate with various APIs and data sources. Strong knowledge of Python, API development, and modern software development practices is essential, along with experience in building scalable RAG systems that can effectively handle extensive document collections. Experience with popular LLM platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI or Hugging Face), vector databases (such as Weaviate, Pinecone), and orchestration tools would be highly valuable, as well as familiarity with document chunking strategies and embedding models for optimal retrieval performance.
