The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage rocket ship. As one of the first Solutions Engineers, you’ll play a key role in driving the technical narrative during the sales process and supporting customer success from first conversation to full adoption.

You’ll work closely with highly technical stakeholders across a broad range of customers - from early-stage startups to global enterprises and act as a critical bridge between the product, engineering, and sales teams.

What Does Success Look Like? Owning the technical engagement and earning customer trust. Mapping problems to real-world solutions. Supporting the close of complex, high-value deals. Finally, creating enablement content that scales knowledge across the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with Sales to articulate the overall value proposition, vision, and product strategy
• Own the technical engagement in the sales cycle, helping close complex opportunities through product expertise and credibility
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demos to prospects and customers
• Understand customer use cases and communicate feedback to internal product teams
• Contribute to content creation including documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles
• Help shape processes and best practices as part of the founding team

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar technical pre-sales/consulting role
• Proven ability to connect technical problems with tailored solutions
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python
• Hands-on experience working with GPT models or other GenAI technologies
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
