Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

We’re seeking a fast moving, outgoing, and dynamic Solutions Engineer to join our growing team! Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success and collaborating closely with Sales and the R&D team. You will be working with prospects and existing customers partnering with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers during demo calls, assisting with technical integrations, solution design reviews, and furthering the development of the product. If you love technology and customers, are solution oriented and a people person who has great communication skills, this could be the role for you.

The ideal candidate is a fast-learning, curious self-starter, and has great customer facing consultative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales representatives through technical demos and overviews, design reviews, implementation and troubleshooting
• Act as a subject matter expert for technical questions within business processes, AI and SaaS solutions
• Work cross functionally with product development and commercial teams to support product and customer development
• Lead customer interactions for technical engagements with prospects and existing customers
• Work with team to showcase technical features within product
• Main point of contact in terms of technical documentation, RFPs, and security questionnaires
• Understand and collect data from customers about how to improve the product and resources needed from a technical standpoint
• Create technical resources and videos for internal and external needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Engineer in a customer facing technical sales role
• Knowledge of HTTP Rest APIs is required
• Experience with onboarding clients rolling out API integrations
• High-energy, fast learner, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and continuously developing environment
• Strong analytical, organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in our NYC office 3 times per week
