Marvin is hiring a Product Support Specialist to join our Technical Product Support Department. You’ll help customers understand product options, pricing, and specifications and provide clear, timely support to meet customer needs and production requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or related discipline.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training.
• Collaboration skills with sound judgment in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities and specifications.
• Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Solve complex challenges using creative and practical problem‑solving.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D to ensure feasible solutions.
• Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals.
