Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our Technical Product Support Department. You’ll provide clear, timely support and help customers understand product options, pricing, and specifications.

You’ll succeed if you’re detail-oriented, enjoy solving unique questions, and like partnering with others to find the best solution. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available upon joining.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or a related discipline.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training.
• Collaboration skills paired with sound judgment in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications.
• Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Solve complex and unique challenges using creative and practical problem-solving.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions are within production capabilities.
• Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals.
• Contribute to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality goals.
