Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Senior Solutions Development Leader to drive consulting and presales efforts in North America from the Salem, NH office. You will lead cross-functional teams to position and deploy warehouse automation solutions, align product roadmaps, and build strong relationships with partners and customers.

The role requires 7+ years in related industries, broad warehouse technology expertise, and a strategic, execution-focused mindset.

Qualifications

7+ years of leadership in warehouse automation, intralogistics, or related industries.
Ability to influence executives and build long-term customer and partner relationships.
Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting revenue growth and strategic opportunities.

Responsibilities

Interface with partners and customers to understand goals and available solutions.
Lead the execution of solution development strategies in North America.
Build trusted relationships with customers, distributors, consultants, and technology partners.
Provide leadership to the solution consulting and presales functions at AutoStore.
Develop understanding of solutions that complement AutoStore offerings and adapt to changing needs.
Monitor adoption and effectiveness of solutions across targeted segments.
