Qualifications

• 15+ years of delivering customer-focused solutions and products at volume in robotics, IoT, mechanical, embedded systems, or electronics.
• Experience in managing large global engineering teams across disciplines and projects.
• Develop and mature modern processes that drive execution and reliable products.

Responsibilities

• Line/People Management: mentor team, conduct 1:1s, performance assessments, hire/onboard, succession planning.
• Project Execution: lead a cross-functional group of engineers from concept to delivery within time and budget.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer needs into solutions and track KPIs.
