Job summary

Carta is seeking a Solutions Counsel to join the Contracts team - Americas. You will handle high volumes of pre-M&A contracts, directly liaising with sophisticated fund and asset manager clients, and work with AI-backed tools to improve workflows.

You will mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, maintain client playbooks, and ensure high-quality negotiations across the team. This role sits within Carta Law, Americas, with a focus on efficient contract lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating pre-M&A contracts, including NDAs and engagement letters.
• Liaising with sophisticated investment funds and asset managers.
• Ability to mentor junior lawyers and paralegals.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage high volumes of pre-M&A contracts.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients.
