Carta’s Contracts team is hiring a Senior Associate Contract Solutions Lawyer in the Americas, based in Denver, CO. You’ll negotiate high volumes of pre-M&A contracts (NDAs, NRLs, joinders, engagement letters) and act as the primary contact for sophisticated investment funds and asset managers, with AI-backed tools like Ava.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of post-law-school corporate or transactional experience
• Experience negotiating pre-M&A contracts (NDAs, NRLs, joinders, engagement letters)
• Licensed to practice in the Americas (US/Canada)

Responsabilités

• Negotiate and manage high volumes of pre-M&A contracts
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients (investment funds and asset managers)
• Maintain and update client playbooks for consistency and quality
• Mentor junior lawyers and paralegals
