Job summary

MGC Diagnostics Corporation in Minneapolis–Saint Paul area is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist. You will provide pre-sale and post-sale support to domestic and international sales teams to help achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, updating Salesforce/MAX with customer data, and coordinating with finance and shipping to process orders. Strong English communication and office software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years in marketing, business or related area with sales support or customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective pre-sale and post-sale support to domestic and international sales teams.
• Prepare, assemble and distribute system sales proposals using pre-approved formats.
• Input new and update existing customer data in Salesforce and MAX databases.
• Coordinate with shipping and finance to process orders and international payments.
