Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a Solutions Consultant for its Connect team in Boston. You will lead post-sales onboarding for Catalog Transformer, guiding customers from kickoff to launch and ensuring adoption.

You will train customers, deliver product demonstrations, and partner with Success, Product, Support, and Sales to drive value. The role emphasizes building trusted customer relationships, leveraging AI tools to enhance onboarding, and creating scalable enablement resources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Implementation or similar SaaS role.
• Experience leading onboarding or implementation projects from kickoff to launch.
• Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements while building trusted relationships.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity or outcomes is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for Catalog Transformer customers, from kickoff to launch.
• Serve as the primary post-sales contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring value realization.
• Lead onboarding sessions, workshops, product demos, and customer training.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to stay on track.
• Become a subject matter expert on Catalog Transformer and advise customers on best practices.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Support, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketplace Operators.
